The Library separates documented fact, producer claim and editorial interpretation.

Source hierarchy
Appellation rules and boundaries begin with INAO and French or EU records; producer facts begin with official estate material; geology uses institutional and academic sources.

Vintage language
Season reports describe conditions and broad tendencies, not a guarantee for every bottle. Provisional years remain labelled.

Ratings
Future house ratings will disclose tasting conditions, criteria, conflicts and dates. This release uses no false numerical leaderboard.
